How to Create Privacy Policy page for Google Adsense
Recently, Google Adsense has updated their policies. Anyone who places Adsense ads on their websites is required to have a “Privacy Policy” page. Many of us never know how to write a privacy policy page, thus, this becomes a very difficult task. According to Google Adsense policy, our privacy policy should include the following information:
Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site.
Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet.
Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
Since there are many people do not know how to do it, here is a quick way to create your privacy page.
- Go to this website
- Fill out all the information on that page including,
- Your site URL and your e-mail address
- If you use cookies, choose it
- Check Google Adsense
- Click “Create my Privacy Policy”
- Copy that generated privacy policy and past on your blog.
- If you are using blogger or any kind of blog, just login to your blog account and create a new post. Change the date of the post, so it will not be visible on the first page.
- Create a tab or a link to that post from your homepage.
As you see, after all, it is very easy to have a privacy policy page. And, do you think it is nice to have one on our blogs or websites?
